The Coronach RCMP want to reward local youth for good behavior and they are looking for some help.

Firstly, they want community members to keep their eye out for youth doing good deeds.

If you see a youth doing something nice to help someone else out, the RCMP are asking you to stop by the detachment, the school or the town office and recognize that person.

Secondly, the RCMP are accepting donations towards prizes and scholarships to award to youth in the community “caught” doing something nice.

Once the youth has been recognized for good behaviour, they will receive a “Positive Ticket” and then their name will be entered for monthly draws, as well as year end draws for monetary scholarships or savings bonds.

“We have great youth in this town, let’s recognize them and let them know we have noticed!” said the Coronach RCMP.

Interested people can make donations at the Town of Coronach.

“Help us recognize our youth for a job well done!”
