Council approved the minutes and financial statement for January , 2012.
Council reviewed information from the Town of Coronach and requested the Health Advisory Committee to investigate the local costs for having EMS services provided by Hutch’s Ambulance Service on a 24/7 basis.
Council appointed Gary Duncan & Grant Noll as voting delegates to the 2012 SARM Convention in Regina with all other members of council be appointed as visiting delegates.
Council appointed Don Kirby as the municipalities representative to the Sk. Municipal Hail Insurance Assn. meeting to be held during the SARM Convention in Regina.
Council authorized a grant of $1,300 to the Coronach Branch of the Palliser Regional Library for miscellaneous expenses & insurance costs.
Council authorized all members of council to attend the aviation workshop being held in Assiniboia on February 29th, 2012.
Foreman Brent Noll attended the meeting and reported on the previous months activities.
Bills totaling $67,682.43 were approved for payment
Regular meeting dates were set for the 2nd Thursday of each month in the rural municipal office in Coronach commencing at the following times: January thru March - 10:00 AM; April thru September - 9:00 AM; October thru December - 10:00 AM.
