Council approved the minutes and financial statement for February, 2012.

Council contracted Provincial Pothole & Paving to carry out crack sealing on the Power Plant Access roadway and will request pricing for necessary pavement repairs on the road south of Coronach.
Cpl Mike Lambert, RCMP attended the meeting to present the 2011 statistics for policing in the municipality.
Council authorized the hiring of Knudson Trucking Ltd. to spread gravel in the municipality at a cost of $6.00/yd.
Donald Kirby was appointed as this municipalities representative to the Rolling Hills Feedlot meeting for 2012.
Council approved the budget allocation for the Coronach & District Fire Assn. for 2012 in the amount of $15,000.
Foreman Brent Noll attended the meeting and updated council on the previous months activities.
Council was advised that Highways & Infrastructure will be conducting a traffic count on various roads in the municipality in 2012.
Martin Borgerson, Rockglen, Sk. will be contracted to maintain the community wells in the municipality and to get them ready for the 2012 season.
Council authorized a grant of $50 to the 2012 Borderland Music Festival.
All members of council were authorized to attend the Coronach EDC workshop for Building Tourism Capacity which will be held in Coronach on March 22/12.
All members of council were authorized to attend the South Central Municipal Assn meeting in Rockglen, on March 22, 2012.
All members of council were authorized to attend the South Central Transportation Planning Committee Annual Meeting being held in Willow Bunch on March 27/12.
Bills totaling $52,093.25 were approved for payment.
A Joint meeting with the Town of Coronach council will be scheduled for March 28, 2012 commencing at 7:30 PM in the rural municipal office.
