Charge laid in Bengough homicide

A man charged in connection with a year-old homicide in Bengough has made a second appearance at Moose Jaw Provincial Court on January 11, 2011.

Tony Lawrence Warken, 65, is facing a charge of second-degree murder in relation to the death of Gordon Errol Gregson on November 1, 2009.

Both men are from Bengough.The charge was laid on December 1, 2010 and Warken previously appeared in Regina Provincial Court on December 2 where the matter was set over to Moose Jaw Court. Warken appeared in court in Moose Jaw in December and then again on Tuesday. Warken will appear again on January 25, 2011.
