Coronach Bantams bring home Gold

Teams from all across the south country gathered for the Boys Baseball playoffs that were held in Gravelbourg on June 16 and 17, 2012.

The weather cooperated and all of the games were played.

In the Bantam Division, teams from Assiniboia, Mossbank, Rockglen, and Coronach played off for A and B side trophies. Coronach defeated Rockglen and Mossbank to advance to the A final.  Coronach was up against Mossbank again in the final and defeated them 6-1 to win the A, Mossbank won the B side.

The Pee Wee side saw Kincaid, Assiniboia, Mossbank, and Gravelbourg go head to head.  Assiniboia took the B side and Kincaid took the A side.

The Mosquito Division had games with Lafleche, Kincaid, Assiniboia, Mossbank, Rockglen, Gravelbourg, and Coronach.  When things shook out, Assiniboia went home A side winners, the B went to Lafleche.

The youngest players squared off in the Rookie Division, with teams from Kincaid, Assiniboia, Glentworth, Rockglen, Gravelbourg, Coronach and Lafleche.  The A side went to Glentworth and Rockglen took the B.
